The minimum deposit on hyph is ₱50. There is no maximum deposit limit, though hyph reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount on hyph is ₱100. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. hyph does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside hyph's control. Withdrawal requests submitted during Philippine public holidays may experience slight delays.
All transactions on hyph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). hyph does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. There are no currency conversion fees on the hyph platform.
hyph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus credits must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between you and hyph, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. hyph's support team will endeavor to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
